Watermelon Mozzarella Cocktail

Serves 1


  • 10 x 1” cubes of watermelon
  • 1 slice of fresh Buffalo mozzarella, cut up into cubs
  • 2 leaves of basil, chopped
  • Pinch of Celtic salt


Place watermelon, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl. Toss gently, then sprinkle with salt.
